Role Description:

As a Floor Manager at Angel Cakes, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Managing café staff, including scheduling and task allocation
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues promptly
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Upholding health and safety standards according to HACCP guidelines

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Café Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service
