We are looking for a professional and motivated Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, delivers outstanding customer service, and has the leadership skills to manage daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily floor operations and ensure smooth service.

* Deliver an exceptional dining experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.

* Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient operations.

* Train staff and maintain high service standards.

* Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with company policies.

* Prepare daily reports and handle basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

* Female Arabic

* Strong knowledge of dine-in restaurant operations and customer service.

* Excellent leadership and staff management skills.

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, POS systems).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Potential to grow into a Restaurant Manager position.
