Front Desk Receptionist โ€“ Dubai (Office-Based)

We are looking for aย wellโ€‘presented, friendly, and confident Front Desk Receptionistย to be the face of our office. The ideal candidate must haveย excellent English communication skills, aย positive attitude, and aย warm, welcoming smileย when dealing with clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and daily inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and staff schedules
  • Support administrative tasks, documentation, and filing
  • Assist HR/Operations with dayโ€‘toโ€‘day office coordination

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Presentable, confident, and always maintaining a pleasant, smiley demeanor
  • Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles
  • Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastโ€‘paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
