Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily gardening work such as planting, watering, pruning, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing.
• Maintain gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers in good condition.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Check plant health and identify pests or diseases.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy.
• Maintain daily work records and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Take proper care of gardening tools and equipment.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
