JD General Civil Forman

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Read construction drawing
• Plan work schedules and assign tasks to site personnel.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor workforce productivity
• to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor material usage and request material & equipment in time.
• Maintain manpower attendance record.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the worksite
• Requirement
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Civil Foreman in UAE.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• UAE Driving License.
• Ready to Join immediately

Can speak some Arabic, English, and Urdu as work languages
