Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Black Diamond Event, located in Doha, Qatar. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the event management company, including planning, coordinating, and executing events. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgeting, client relations, and ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently. The candidate will also be responsible for setting goals, analyzing performance, and implementing strategies for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management and planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to handle budget management and financial planning
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, as required by events
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality or event industry is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in industry
• Minimum of 3 years as Manager
