Job Description:

Rota International is hiring Guest Service Agents to join the team at a family entertainment center. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting families and children, and ensuring a fun and memorable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest flow
• Maintain safety and service standards according to company policies

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus
• Available to start ASAP
• Valid QID (Freelancer or Family visa)
