Copthorne Hotel Sharjah, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Telephone Operator / CID Data Entry Agent to join our team.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Hotel: Copthorne Hotel Sharjah – Al Buhaira Corniche

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing hotel telephone calls professionally Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and transfers Ensure all calls are handled promptly and courteously Maintain accurate CID (Guest Registration) data and guest information Complete daily CID data entry and ensure records are updated accurately Coordinate with Front Office and other departments when required Maintain confidentiality of guest information Follow hotel standards, procedures, and UAE requirements related to guest registration Provide excellent service and maintain a professional telephone manner

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a hotel Telephone Operator, CID Data Entry, Front Office, or similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy Good command of English Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred
