Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Heavy Bus Driver to transport employees, staff, or passengers safely and efficiently according to assigned routes and schedules. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License and have a minimum of 1 year of heavy bus driving experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy buses safely and efficiently while following UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport passengers to designated locations according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or defects.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the bus.
• Monitor passenger safety during boarding, transit, and disembarkation.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
• Respond professionally to passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Report accidents, incidents, or delays to management immediately.
• Assist with emergency procedures when required.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6).
• Minimum 1 year of Heavy Bus Driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate in basic English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in employee transportation, school transportation, or passenger transport services.
• Defensive driving certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GPS and route navigation systems.
