Job Description:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Helpers to join our team in supporting MEP and facility maintenance operations. As a helper, you will assist skilled technicians, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC professionals in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth and efficient facility maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in maintenance, repair, and installation of MEP systems
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Clean and prepare work areas.
• Support in troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform general labor duties and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or technician.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, construction, or MEP work
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work in different shifts and at various locations.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
