Job Summary

The Helper is responsible for assisting technicians in carrying out maintenance, repair, fit-out, and installation works safely and efficiently. The role includes handling materials, preparing work areas, maintaining tools, loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring the site remains clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians during electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, gypsum, and civil maintenance works.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare work areas before the start of maintenance or installation activities.
• Clean and maintain work sites before, during, and after completion of work.
• Support installation and dismantling of fixtures, equipment, and materials.
• Mix construction materials such as cement, plaster, grout, or paint when required.
• Perform basic drilling, cutting, lifting, and material handling under technician supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians accurately.
• Ensure all tools are cleaned, stored, and maintained properly after work.
• Follow company safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Report damaged tools, unsafe conditions, or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist in emergency maintenance works when required.
• Travel to customer locations across the UAE as assigned.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
