Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Hostess/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure. Fluency in both Uzbek and Russian languages is mandatory to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Key ResponsibilitiesHostess Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and waiting lists.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient table allocation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist guests with special requests and provide information about menu items and restaurant services.

Cashier Duties

  • Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Prepare and issue bills and receipts.
  • Reconcile daily sales and cash transactions.
  • Handle customer payment inquiries and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Ensure cash register and POS system are operated correctly.
  • Follow company policies regarding cash handling and financial procedures.

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support restaurant operations during busy periods.
  • Work closely with management and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent inย Uzbek and Russianย (mandatory).
  • English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Hostess, Cashier, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
