We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and professional Hostess cum Waitress to join our team at a prestigious fine-dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests as well as providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a high-end dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they are seated comfortably and promptly.
• Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring that guests are seated according to their booking preferences.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant offerings.
• Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including menus, seating arrangements, and the entrance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., hostess, waitress, or front-of-house) in a fine-dining restaurant is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Attention to detail in providing excellent service, from greeting guests to taking orders and serving food.
• A positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
