Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hot Kitchen Cook / Commis to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes in the hot kitchen section, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Assist senior chefs with kitchen duties and food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Monitor food stock and report shortages when necessary
• Ensure timely and efficient service during meal periods

• Can join IMMEDIATELY
• Have transferable work visa
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willing to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven experience as a cook or commis in a hot kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or catering preferred)
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food handling procedures
• Must be available to join immediately
