Position Summary:
The Public Area Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of all public areas within the property. The role ensures that guest areas are always clean, well-maintained, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, lounges, and other guest areas.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure public restrooms are clean, stocked with required amenities, and maintained throughout the day.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining cleanliness during events and special functions.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest comfort at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide professional service when required.
• Follow hotel policies, health and safety standards, and grooming guidelines.
• Support the Housekeeping team in achieving operational and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Public Area Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant, or similar role in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and housekeeping standards.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
