Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR reports.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting attendance and employee information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, meetings, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1โ3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee record management, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
