Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or contracting.
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing and fit-out works.
• Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications.
• Having CAD knowledge will be added benefit
• Good knowledge of gypsum, false ceiling, painting, flooring, carpentry, glass & aluminum, and general finishing works.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage daily site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and manpower.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
• Monitor materials and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve site issues.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, and rectification works.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping.
