Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and IT access rights.
• Implement and maintain data security and backup solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and new technology implementations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and security.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS is a plus).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
