Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Officer to manage, maintain, and optimise our organisation’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to support both hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and servers.
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure cyber security measures and data protection policies are implemented and maintained.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of IT assets.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Officer, IT Support, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Familiarity with database management, cloud services, and IT best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
• Experience in managing enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
