Main Duties:

• Wash dishes, trays, kitchen tools, and production equipment.
• Clean and sanitize tables, shelves, workstations, sinks, and kitchen areas.
• Keep the kitchen and production area clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Support the kitchen team during busy production periods.
• Help with basic kitchen cleaning and simple preparation when needed.
• Handle garbage and waste disposal properly.
• Organize cleaned tools and equipment in the correct place.
• Clean floors and back-of-house areas when required.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleaning standards at all times.
• Help reduce breakage, waste, and mess inside the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Must be currently in the UAE.
• Must have own valid UAE residence visa.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
• Must be willing to work/train in Abu Dhabi for the first 2 months.
• Must be able to work permanently in Ajman after training.
• Previous experience as Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, Kitchen Helper, Cleaner, or Restaurant Helper is preferred.
• Experience in food production, bakery, restaurant, hotel, or catering is a plus.
• Clean, fast, organized, and physically fit.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic English is preferred.
• Trial may be required before hiring.

Please apply only if you have your own valid UAE residence visa and you are okay with working/training in Abu Dhabi for the first 2 months, then working in Ajman after that.
