Job Summary

  • Dealing with internal and external clients with professionalism and consideration
  • Accurate, efficient diary management. Co-ordination/planning of appointments
  • Organisation of internal and external meetings, including booking conference rooms, lunches and refreshments
  • Making travel arrangements (flights, hotels and taxis)
  • Handling telephone enquiries in a professional and polite manner, taking accurate messages Dealing with incoming/outgoing email and post quickly and efficiently
  • Undertaking daily administrative duties, such as photocopying
  • Perform tasks as first point of contact with people from inside and outside the Firm; provide a high level of client service at all times;
  • Ensure all filing is accurate and kept up-to-date
  • Preparation of client invoices as part of monthly billing exercise
  • Analyse aged debt list monthly and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Follow compliance procedures and ensure Case Management file is kept updated
  • Maintain client contact details for accuracy and ease of use
  • Audio and/or copy typing of memoranda, correspondence and legal documentation to a high standard of accuracy, within deadlines

The Successful Candidate For This Legal Secretary Role

  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience working as a Legal Secretary for an International Law firm,
  • UAE experience is beneficial
