Lifeguard Supervisor – Gladiators Academy (Waterpark)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lifeguard Supervisor to lead the lifeguard team and ensure the safe operation of all pools, slides, and water attractions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign lifeguards to designated areas.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and team briefings.
• Monitor lifeguard performance, alertness, and rotations.
• Coordinate rescues, first aid, and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular drills and competency assessments.
• Ensure safety equipment is available and in good condition.
• Prepare schedules, incident reports, and daily safety records.
• Coordinate with Operations, HSE, Security, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
• Close any attraction when an immediate safety risk is identified.

Requirements

• Valid lifeguard, first-aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Minimum three years of lifeguard experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience is preferred.
• Strong swimming, rescue, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to pass rescue competency assessments.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
