Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Mini Bus Driver to transport construction workers, staff, and visitors between accommodations, project sites, and designated locations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation while maintaining the vehicle in good operating condition and complying with all traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees and workers to and from construction sites, camps, offices, and other assigned locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues, defects, or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned mini bus.
• Ensure compliance with local traffic laws, company safety standards, and transportation regulations.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle inspections.
• Assist in coordinating transportation schedules with site supervisors and transport coordinators.
• Ensure all passengers follow safety procedures during transportation.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, accidents, or breakdown situations.
• Support other transportation-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Light/Heavy Bus Driving License (as required by local regulations).
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a bus or mini bus driver, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Physically fit and capable of working flexible hours, including overtime when required.

Pay: AED2,200.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
