Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced MEP & Swimming Pool Maintenance Supervisor for maintenance and site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise swimming pool maintenance and repair works
• Handle MEP activities including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance
• Monitor pumps, filtration systems, valves, and circulation lines
• Supervise landscaping and building cleaning activities when required
• Manage labor transportation (pick-up & drop-off to sites)
• Prepare daily work reports and coordinate with management
• Ensure safety and maintenance standards are followed at all sites

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Gulf experience required
• Manual driving license mandatory
• Ability to supervise technicians and labor teams
• Basic communication and reporting skills
