Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metals import & export logistics along with a strong background in sales/business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for metals import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Prepare and verify shipping and export/import documentation.
• Handle customs procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate shipments according to agreed Incoterms and delivery schedules.
• Support sales and business development activities by maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers when required.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth coordination between sales and logistics teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in metals import & export logistics.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Good knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• Experience in the metals industry is highly preferred.
• Tagalog speaker is an advantage but not mandatory.
