Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics operations for-project/ site activities.
• Plan and coordinate transportation of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and suppliers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials arrive on time. Manage logistics planning for multiple projects/sites.
• Control vehicle movement, drivers, and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, materials movement, and equipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for material receiving and dispatch. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Arrange equipment mobilization and demobilization.
• Monitor logistics costs and optimize transportation expenses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Prepare logistics reports and update management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures during logistics activities.
• Support site teams with manpower transportation and accommodation coordination. Handle urgent logistics requirements during project execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in logistics management.
• Experience in construction/project logistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, material movement, and site coordination. Experience managing drivers, vehicles, and logistics teams.
• Good knowledge of UAE logistics procedures and regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent requirements. Knowledge of MS Office and logistics reporting systems.
