Job Description:

The Maintenance Manager oversees daily maintenance operations across residential, commercial, and facility properties. The role ensures all building systems are functioning properly, maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, and tenants receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and general building repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor quality, timelines, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized works and quotations.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other regulatory bodies.
• Maintain maintenance logs, job cards, inventory records, and asset registers.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and ensure quick resolution.
• Support property handovers, move-ins, move-outs, and snagging processes.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure staff follow proper guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property operations.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Experience supervising technicians is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Compensation

Two package options are available:

• AED 4,000 + company accommodation (private studio flat in our building)
• AED 6,500 (without accommodation)

Salary package will be offered based on candidate preference and company assessment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
