Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance company. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, supervise workers, and ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and construction workers on-site.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and professionalism among workers.
• Inspect work quality and ensure company standards are met.
• Report site progress, issues, and material requirements to management.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Resolve minor on-site issues and communicate major concerns to management.
• Keep the worksite organized and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Be accountable for the overall management and supervision of assigned sites.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum education: High school (12th Grade / HSSC or equivalent) preferred.
• Previous supervisory or site experience is an advantage, but candidates with minimal experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and able to work independently.
• Must be strict yet professional when managing workers.
• Ability to handle pressure and solve basic on-site problems.
• Languages: English/Urdu/Hindi
