Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in Qatar, preferably in the hospitality industry, and should be capable of independently supervising a large team of 50+ staff. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead a maintenance team of 50+ staff
• Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of all hotel facilities and equipment
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of all maintenance requests
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
• Train and guide the maintenance team to maintain high service quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Qatar as a Maintenance Supervisor
• Strong background in hotel maintenance operations
• Ability to lead and manage a large team independently
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage)
• Must be available to join immediately
