Theย Marketing & Brand Specialistย is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the company’s brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth in the fit-out, joinery, interior design, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, visual identity, and corporate image.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s reputation and market positioning.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute online advertising, promotional campaigns, and lead generation activities.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required.
  • Coordinate website updates, and project showcases, and company announcements.
  • Prepare marketing materials including company profiles, brochures, presentations, proposals, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and documentation of completed projects.
  • Support the sales and business development team with marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Identify potential marketing opportunities, partnerships, and industry events.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, suppliers, and external marketing agencies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
