Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run outbound campaigns on Apollo (or similar tools) for lead generation
- Make calls to interested prospects/customers and conduct first-level qualification of leads
- Plan, design, and execute newsletter campaigns (content, scheduling, performance tracking)
- Manage and create content for the company’s LinkedIn page and other social media handles
- Create and execute SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy to improve organic visibility and AI-driven search presence
- Create marketing assets including presentations, collaterals, brochures, and product materials for the company and products sold by the company
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to draft content, generate ideas, and speed up repetitive tasks
- Conduct market and competitor research using AI-assisted tools
- Track and report on campaign performance (newsletters, social media, Apollo, lead quality)
- Collaborate with the team on brainstorming and creative projects
- Stay updated on new AI tools and marketing trends, and suggest ways to integrate them into workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Genuine interest in and hands-on experience using AI tools for productivity, content, or research (personal projects, coursework, or internships count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills โ comfortable speaking with prospects/customers over calls
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO/AEO, LinkedIn content strategy, and lead generation tools (Apollo experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Comfortable working in a target/KPI-driven environment
- Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or similar is a plus
