We are looking for a highly motivated UAE National Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives that promote our brand and offerings across multiple channels. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, events, and print.
- Conduct market research to understand local customer behavior, cultural preferences, and competitive trends, ensuring all strategies align with market-specific needs.
- Develop and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), ensuring the tone and messaging resonate with the local audience.
- Help maintain the companyโs brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials (online and offline) are consistent with brand guidelines and tailored for the market.
- Organize and support local marketing events, activations, and trade shows. This may include corporate events, sponsorships, and product launches.
- Optimize digital content for search engines and support the digital marketing efforts (including Google Ads, paid social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Engage with customers through various touchpoints, enhancing customer experience and brand loyalty.
- rack and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and platforms to continuously improve and innovate marketing strategies for the local market.
Job Qualifications:
- Holding Family Book
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media tools, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Prior experience in event coordination and planning is an advantage.
