Convrgnt Value Engineering L.L.C. is looking for experienced Mobile Crane Operators with multiple valid UAE Mobile Crane Operator Licenses to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE/GCC experience operating various types of mobile cranes while ensuring safe lifting operations in accordance with company procedures and UAE HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Mobile Cranes, including:
• Telescopic Boom Cranes
• Rough Terrain Cranes
• All-Terrain Cranes
• Lattice Boom Cranes
• Perform daily pre-start and post-operation inspections of crane mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and safety systems.
• Read and interpret crane load charts, lifting plans, rigging drawings, and operating manuals.
• Set up outriggers and ensure proper crane stability before lifting operations.
• Communicate effectively with Riggers, Banksmen, and Lifting Supervisors using standard hand signals and radio communication.
• Carry out routine maintenance, lubrication, and housekeeping of the crane.
• Report equipment defects, mechanical faults, and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain daily inspection reports, lifting logs, and operational records.
• Comply with company HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems, and safe lifting practices.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and critical lift planning.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Mobile Crane Operator License with multiple UAE license categories (mandatory).
• Minimum 6–8 years of UAE/GCC experience operating mobile cranes on construction, infrastructure, industrial, airport, or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of crane load charts, lifting plans, rigging methods, and safe lifting practices.
• Experience operating:
• Telescopic Boom Cranes
• Rough Terrain Cranes
• All-Terrain Cranes
• Lattice Boom Cranes
• Good understanding of outrigger setup on different ground conditions.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and lifting operations.
• Physically fit with excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Additional certifications such as OPITO, LEEA, DGDA, or equivalent UAE lifting certifications will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
