We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused female Office Admin Manager to handle client communication, customer follow-ups, and day-to-day office coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to manage both sales coordination and front office responsibilities efficiently.
Requirements:
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ยท Fluent English speaking skills required
ยท Presentable and professional personality
ยท Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling
ยท Prior experience in customer handling, telesales, or real estate preferred
ยท Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
ยท Multilingual communication is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
ยท Call and follow up with potential customers and leads
ยท Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships
ยท Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office operations
ยท Support the sales team with customer management
ยท Maintain client databases and daily reports
ยท Ensure smooth communication between clients and management
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
