Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and tenants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, administrative support, customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Assist clients with general information regarding office services and facilities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional reception area.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Schedule meetings
  • Support management with various administrative tasks.
  • Support Ejari, virtual office, and tenancy documentation processes.
  • Liaise with service providers and maintenance teams when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, customer service representative, or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
