Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive / Salesman (UAE Market)

Location: UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive for the UAE market.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE Outdoor Sales experience.
• Presentable personality with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE routes, retail markets, wholesalers, and distributors across all Emirates.
• Ability to travel throughout the UAE for customer visits.
• Target-driven candidate with a proven record of achieving sales goals.

Preferred Experience Categories

Candidates with proven sales experience in any of the following categories will be preferred:

• Toys
• Home Products
• Cosmetics
• Household Products
• Bedding & Home Textiles
• Consumer Electronics

Responsibilities

• Visit customers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across the UAE.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Submit regular sales and market reports.

Mandatory Documents

Shortlisted candidates must provide:

• Last 6 months sales performance record.
• Monthly sales achievement details.
• Target vs Achievement report.
• Previous employer references (if required).

Skills Required

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of UAE retail and wholesale market.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
