Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular operational and financial reports
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and motivation
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local laws
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business growth initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, and financial management
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational/ERP software
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
