Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media
  • Explain services and pricing clearly; prepare quotations and follow up to close jobs
  • Coordinate daily technician schedules based on confirmed jobs, priorities, and emergencies.
  • Liaise with finance on invoicing and completed jobs.
  • Coordinate material pricing with purchaser and prepare costing sheets.
  • Apply for contractor permits and access approvals.
  • Review technician reports before they go out to clients.
  • Attend occasional site visits for handovers or client coordination.

Must Have Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai in an operations, sales, or service coordination role within maintenance, technical services, renovation, or fit-out.
  • Experience coordinating technicians or operational teams.
  • Experience preparing quotations in Excel, Zoho Books, or similar systems.
  • Experience with inventory management or material coordination.
  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Solid computer skills including Excel, Word, and email.
  • Professional, calm under pressure, and highly organized.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Engineering background.
  • Experience in AC maintenance or HVAC-related services.
  • Familiarity with contractor portals such as Emaar, Nakheel, or Trakhees.
  • UAE driving license.
  • Experience visiting sites and communicating directly with clients.
