Key Responsibilities:

As an Outdoor Sales Executive:

  • Open new B2B salon accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Distribute brochures and samples to generate leads.
  • Submit quotations and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Educate clients about our salon product range and close sales.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain a sales log/database.
  • Meet sales targets and support overall business growth.

As a Trainer:

  • Demonstrate advanced skills in haircare trends and products.
  • Train salon technicians on techniques, hygiene, and product use.
  • Provide ongoing support and quality assurance in salon performance.
  • Perform haircare services, especially haircolor and treatment.
  • Maintain equipment and manage inventory.
  • Enforce salon hygiene, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Validย Qatar driving licenseย and own car.
  • Minimumย 3 years of B2B sales and training experienceย in the beauty industry.
  • Bilingual: Fluent inย Arabic and Englishย (mandatory).
  • Preferably a licensedย cosmetologist.
  • Strong communication, teaching, and artistic skills.
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and hands-on approach.
