Full job description

  • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking
  • Promote and sell products or services to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in person
  • Collect market intelligence and report customer feedback to management
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and support
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer complaints or issues
  • Plan and execute territory coverage strategy efficiently
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and branding guidelines
