Cotton Tex General Trading Co LLC is a Dubai-based garments trading company. We supply clothing to retailers and boutiques across the UAE and the Gulf. We are hiring a full-time Sales & Sourcing Executive to manage the complete trading cycle — from sampling and sourcing to sales and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect samples from importers and wholesale suppliers in UAE and present them to retail buyers
• Secure orders from retailers and boutiques, then supply the stock
• Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Manage sales: assess customer reliability, track receivables, and ensure timely collection of payments
• Build and maintain a portfolio of repeat retail customers
• Monitor market trends, seasonal demand, and pricing
• Maintain healthy margins
• Coordinate deliveries and stock handling between suppliers and retailers
• Keep accurate records of purchases, sales, receivables, and collections, and report regularly to management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in garment/textile trading, wholesale, or B2B field sales (UAE experience)
• Experience with B2B sales and payment collection
• Knowledge of UAE wholesale clothing market and local retail buyers
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English required; Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in the field, visiting suppliers and retailers daily
• Basic record-keeping skills (spreadsheets or similar)

Important:

• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa under own/family sponsorship (this position does not include visa sponsorship)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car required (daily travel between suppliers and retailers across Dubai)

What We Offer:

• Base salary of AED 3,500–5,500 per month depending on experience
• Commission paid on collected gross profit

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
