Job Summary:

The Painter is responsible for carrying out painting, polishing, and surface finishing works across company-managed facilities, ensuring all areas are maintained to high quality and safety standards.

Job Description:

• Perform interior and exterior painting works, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and applying primer.
• Apply paints, varnishes, and protective coatings using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Carry out touch-up, preventive, and corrective maintenance painting works.
• Identify and report surface damage, leaks, or defects requiring further maintenance.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
• Follow work orders and complete tasks within agreed timelines.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and use PPE.

Experience and Technical Competencies:

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Painter in Facilities Management or building maintenance.
• GCC/UAE experience is preferred.
