The Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Advisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our spare parts inventory, ensuring our workshop technicians have the right components at the right time to keep our clients’ vehicles on the road

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular audits in coordination with the workshop team.
• Procurement: Identify, source, and order required spare parts accurately for complex repairs and routine services.
• Supplier Relations: Liaise with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
• Systems Management: Record all transactions, stock-ins, and stock-outs using the Odoo/ERP system.
• Costing & Estimates: Support the service advisors and workshop team with parts estimations, customer quotations, and job costing.
• Customer Support: Assist clients with technical inquiries regarding parts and availability when required.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years as a Parts Advisor or in a similar inventory role within an automotive service center.
• Expertise: Familiarity with Electric Vehicle (EV) or luxury automotive parts is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Odoo or similar ERP/Inventory management software.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Availability: Candidates must be immediately available to join (visit visa or cancelled visa preferred).
