Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing and electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues, water leaks, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• Handle basic electrical works including wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Plumber cum Electrician.
• Good knowledge of both plumbing and electrical works.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
