Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber & Electrician with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for plumbing and electrical maintenance of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and DB panels.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
• Prepare daily maintenance reports and update work progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).
• Strong maintenance skill required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month
• Employment Visa
• Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
