We are seeking to hire Plumbing Foreman to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all plumbing activities on construction sites.
• Lead and manage plumbing workers to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project schedules.
• Read, interpret, and execute work based on approved drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company regulations at all times.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor manpower productivity.
• Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installations, maintenance, and testing.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proven experience in supervising and controlling site labor teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good command of the English language.
