Job Summary

NBOX Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Mandoob to manage all government-related documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution of legal formalities, maintain compliance with Qatari labor and immigration laws, and support the company’s operational needs through effective liaison with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation for employees.

· Liaise with government departments such as the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and Municipality.

· Manage the company’s trade license renewals, establishment card updates, and other legal registrations.

· Submit and collect official documents from government offices, banks, and other institutions.

· Ensure compliance with Qatari laws and regulations related to labor, immigration, and company operations.

· Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and documentation.

· Assist in onboarding new employees by facilitating medical tests, fingerprinting, and ID issuance.

· Provide support in resolving legal or regulatory issues affecting the company.

· Stay updated on changes in government policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Proven experience as a PRO/Mandoob in Qatar (preferably in logistics or similar industries).

· Strong knowledge of Qatar’s labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals (e.g., Hukoomi, Metrash2).

· Valid Qatar driving license with an own car.

· Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with online government systems and e-services.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
