SpotOn Training Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Public Speaking Trainer to join our team on a part-time freelance basis. If you have a passion for developing confident speakers and excellent communicators, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Public Speaking and Communication Skills training sessions.
• Conduct activities on presentation skills, stage confidence, body language, voice modulation, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Provide individual feedback and coaching to help participants improve.
• Prepare and customize training materials based on learners’ needs.
• Create an interactive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage learners of different age groups.
• Corporate training experience is an added advantage.
