Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence
  • Manage purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and track deliveries
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and office supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for material requirements
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenses
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database
  • Support general office operations and management as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and/or purchasing (preferably in manufacturing)
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, , or related field
  • Experience in plastic or manufacturing industry in UAE
