Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Manage purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and track deliveries
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and office supplies
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for material requirements
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenses
- Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database
- Support general office operations and management as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration and/or purchasing (preferably in manufacturing)
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, , or related field
- Experience in plastic or manufacturing industry in UAE
