We looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control on our construction project. The ideal candidate can join immediately and take charge of maintaining high-quality standards across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA/QC team and oversee daily quality activities on site.
• Review construction plans and monitor work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits; prepare reports and documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15 years of QA/QC experience in construction, including minimum 2 years experience on Ashghal BOD projects (Required).
• Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and quality systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• MMUP registration (Preferred)
• Must Be in Qatar
